As part of the ongoing development of the company’s service and investment in technology, Eric Cairns commissioned Origin Partners to install 'Vision Homes' their touchscreen Interactive Property Marketing System. The system was launched and fantastically received at the official opening of Eric Cairns’ refurbished Holywood office.

The Eric Cairns Partnership continually evolve their systems and service in order to maintain their status as the top agent in Northern Ireland. They have recently made significant investments in their offices and infrastructure, with new technology featuring high on the priority list.
Eric Cairns saw Origin Partners’ Interactive Property Marketing System, Vision Homes, as a major development in the way their agents could interact with customers and an innovative way for customers to browse their available properties using a touchscreen interface. Other features such as the seamless link between their Edge database and the ability for customers to send and receive Mobile Property Brochures convinced Eric Cairns that this was an opportunity to utilise the newest technologies for real business benefits.
