There is a new personality in the London property market. We have recently worked with Chaplin to produce a brand and website which exudes quality, integrity and personality.

They say that successful people and businesses ‘Zig’ when others ‘Zag’. That requires a level of entrepreneurialism and innovation that only the brave few possess. The Team at Chaplin London certainly have it in abundance. They engaged us in late 2011 to help them produce a brand and online presence which stood out from the well worn path of modern estate agency.

The name Chaplin is inspired by a much loved pet dog (who also stars on the logo) and the fact that Charlie Chaplin was once a resident near the new HQ. The brand exudes a quality, integrity and personality that has become absent in the property market. The website acts as a simple canvas to comfortably get introduced to the Chaplin team and browse for the property you wish to buy/let. The site is also integrated.
