After 10 years of planning and the work of thousands of people, Belfast's premiere retail development Victoria Square launched amidst a clamour of excited shoppers and the nation's media. Origin Partners enabled the Victoria Square promotional team to get one on one with the customer using a mobile competition application. The promotional team entered over one thousand customers into the launch competition ("Win a £2000 Spending Spree"). The details were captured using hand-held devices and delivered wirelessly and in real-time to the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM)database.
