Integrated with Property Database (e.g Edge, IList, Vebra, Reapit) – Vision Homes is integrated with the agents’ central property database to ensure that the information on display is the most current available, without creating an additional administrative task.
Available Properties - Displaying sales information, price and property images. Vision Homes will also display details on properties that match or are similar to the users search.
New Developments – Providing an excellent marketing platform for new developments, Vision Homes enables users to search for new developments (town, keyword) and view details on the Development e.g. Plans, Aerial Views, House Types, Marketing Information, Release Dates, Prices etc.
Secret Agent – The Secret Agent function enables the agent to select information which they don’t want the buyer to see automatically e.g. current offer. This information only becomes viewable on the system when the agent enters their pin code.
Register Interest in a New Development – When viewing the details on New Developments the potential buyer can register their interest. This information is captured and stored for email and sms contact.
Rental Properties – Displaying property information, monthly rental price and property images. Vision Homes will also display details on rental properties that match or are similar to the users search.
Mobile Property Brochures – When viewing specific properties potential buyers have the facility to send a mobile property brochure.
Property Search – Intuitive and easy-to-use search facility for potential buyers to quickly find properties which match their criteria (Location, Price Range, No. of Bedrooms etc)
